I have a craving for sppagheti today. But when I cook spaghetti, I will always eat Angel Hair spaghetti. This is because you seldom find this in the restaurants. The name is so romantic and cool for the ultra thin sticks of spaghetti. Because they are so fine, they almost twirl among each other after they are cooked, really like hair! I find that the sauce mixes better between the strands, and the texture has much more bounciness than the normal thick spaghetti.....Kudos to whoever thought of it. There is good design in food!
