Food Review: Popeye Chicken and Biscuits

Went to the Changi Terminal One to pick up my wife. Stopped at the 3rd storey food court for dinner and chanced upon the one and only store in Popeye's Chicken and Bisuits in Singapore. I was not dissapointed. At first glance it seemed like another KFC, but the taste was different. The 'biscuit' is actually a scone like bread made from butter milk that was crusty on the outside and cotton soft on the inside. When you break the bread, every thing crumbles and you had to try to keep everything together. The taste was heavenly. It helps that I love scones..haha

The chicken is crispy but not like the crispy version of KFC. It was almost oiless to the touch. After the meal you dont feel sick and your fingers actually dont feel as oily as KFC!
