What does your insurance agent invest in?

Have always wondered..…Real estate agents keep selling houses. I wonder if they actually practice what they preach? Was talking to a Australian real estate agent recently and he was saying how good the Australian market is, how people are snapping up houses left right centre and when I probed further, he admitted he only had 1 investment property besides his own house, and the 2^nd property is an old house shared by his sister. If the market is that great and if he had first hand news on all the properties, how come he has so few properties? No money? Unlikely, this guy is about 40 yrs old and he should be able to know how to tap bank loans….

It would be interesting to find out the investments of housing agents, insurance agents and bankers to see if they really practice what they preach.
