My perfect yum cha

I always forget what I want to order when I go to HongKong for yum cha. As of now I will write down my ideal yum cha order list less I forget. About half of the items I cant find in Singapore:

1. Chicken feet
2. Carrot cake
3. Beef chee cheong fun
4. Sheng Cai
5. Beancurd skin with pork
6. Beef ball with orange peel bits
7. Fish belly ball
8. Lotus leaf glutinous rice
9. Custard bun
10. Small serving yee mee
11. Beef brisket
12. Chicken feet and pork rib rice
13. Zha Leung (fried fritters wrapped with cheong fun skin)

By the way,
Soy street in Mongkok has good traditional food. Kowloon city market has fresh seafood.
